Who We Are:

The "Coalition for Donor State Equity" is a national grassroots network established to educate and advocate for greater equality for states that pay more into the Highway Trust Fund than they receive back in Federal highway funding. We hope that this website is a valuable tool for anyone interested in the reauthorization process of the Federal highway program.
